PRIZE POLICY:

Prizes that have been turned in to trade up will not be kept by participants. Once a prize has been released from the cabinet it is no longer eligible for trading up. Not all prizes won from machines are eligible for trading up. Only prizes awarded will be distributed, all others will be retained by Token Time Games.

REFUND/CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING POLICY:

A valid credit card or debit card is required to guarantee and pay for your experience reservation. One-half (50%) is due at the time of booking; one-half (50%) is due 14 days prior to the scheduled event. There will be a $100 cancellation fee for all experiences canceled after initial payment is received. Parties or Events cancelled within 30 days of the scheduled event will owe 50% of the price of the event. NO REFUND OR DISCOUNT on any reservation canceled within 14 days of the scheduled event; the full booking price (100%) will be owed. All refund requests within 14 days are considered on a case-by-case basis. 

 

All Custom Packages are paid in full to guarantee booking date and item availability.

 

Token Time Games, LLC (“Token Time Games”) will make every attempt to reschedule your experience should cancellation be necessary. All rescheduled events are no longer available for a refund of any kind, and rescheduling must be done for a date within 90 days of your originally scheduled event, and all are based on Token Time Games’ availability, without guarantee of an ability to reschedule.

PRIVACY POLICY:

Token Time Games is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect on the site to make bookings as simple as possible and to enhance your overall experience. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.

 

TRAVEL SURCHARGE:

A Travel Surcharge may be applicable depending upon location. Token Time Games offers a 50-mile radius from its primary location. Each mile thereafter is typically around $3.00 per mile; however, each experience is unique, so please contact us to discuss your event location and pricing.

 

BAD WEATHER:

Token Time Games' trailer is designed for all types of weather conditions. The trailer is insulated and climate controlled with heat and air conditioning. There may be occasions when the weather does not want to cooperate with your scheduled experience. In the event of severe weather (i.e., lightning, very high winds, flooding and/or extremely heavy rains), Token Time Games reserves the right to reschedule your service to guarantee the safety of you, your guests, our staff, and our equipment. If the threat of these storms threatens your event and you are aware in advance (i.e., pending or anticipated heavy weather, tropical storm, or hurricane), please contact us to begin the rescheduling process.

 

We are not responsible for the weather, however, Token Time Games is responsible for making a weather related decision to protect you, your guests, and its equipment. It is Token Time Games' call to cancel or continue the experience. If weather forces Token Time Games to cancel an experience before it begins and Token Time Games arrives, we will reschedule for no additional charge. If the experience has to be cancelled after it begins, Token Time Games will do its best to reschedule pursuant to the REFUND/CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING POLICY above; however, a Travel Surcharge will apply (see TRAVEL SURCHARGE, above).

NO FOOD AND DRINK IN THE TRAILER:

We do not allow any food or drinks in the trailer. Please have guests consume them outside of the trailer prior to entering. We will do our best to remind your guests of our food/drink policy, however, any additional clean up resulting from food/drink consumption will result in a minimum of a $250.00 cleanup fee, which fee client authorizes to be charged to its credit card within 48 hours of the completion of the experience for the client.

 

SUPERVISED CHILDREN:

Token Time Games requires a parent or responsible adult to be present inside the trailer at all times. Additionally, children under the age of 6, must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

ALCOHOL/DRUGS:

You may serve alcohol at a Token Time Games event; however, we reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or cut short any experience when alcohol is being served if the situation gets out of control, in the opinion of Token Time Games. Drugs of any sort will not be tolerated in or around the Token Time Games trailer or equipment. Any observed use of illegal narcotics or legal narcotics used in an illegal manner will result in the termination of the experience immediately at Token Time Games' option.

DAMAGE/INJURY/INDEMNITY:

Neither Token Time Games nor any of its employees shall be responsible for any damage to property or persons resulting from a request by the client to position the trailer in a specific location. This includes both above ground and below ground property/equipment damage. Additionally, Token Time Games reserves the right to charge the client’s credit card for damages to the trailer or equipment resulting from the careless or willful damage of the same by the client or any of the client’s guests. Token Time Games and their employees assume no responsibility for any injuries sustained by third parties on the client’s property, at the client’s designated location, or on or around Token Time Games' trailer. All liability for damages or injuries is the sole responsibility of the client and/or host and the client agrees to fully indemnify Token Time Games with regard to any claim for injury or damage to persons or property while Token Time Games is present to provide the experience for the client at its event. 

 

Token Time Games is not responsible for any personal items or belongings left behind in the gaming trailer after the conclusion of the event. This includes but is not limited to phones, accessories, and other personal belongings. We kindly request all guests to ensure that they collect their belongings before exiting the trailer. Any items left behind will not be the responsibility of Token Time Games. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

 

PICTURES AND VIDEO:

While your experience is happening Token Time Games may be taking pictures and videos of the experience from inside and outside the trailer. We may use these photos on our Facebook Page or other social media platforms (you are free to copy these images if you wish) and/or our website. We never identify the names of guests or exact location(s). If you do not want Token Time taking these pictures or posting them on our social media platforms or website, please notify Token Time Games at least 2 days prior to the start of your event.

 

Please also note that each Token Time Games trailer is monitored internally and externally with recording video cameras that capture audio and video. These cameras will be recording during your experiences, however the audio and video captured will not be used for promotional purposes. It is for Token Time Games' internal safety and security purposes only.

HOST:

Your Token Time Games experience Host is there to make sure that your group is making the most of our first of its kind, Mobile Claw Arcade Experience trailer. They can help you with tips and tricks for grabbing the items you want, either to keep or trade up for larger prizes to take with you.

 

PARKING:

When the truck pulls up, Token Time Games will try to park in the most level & flat area or logical spot to accommodate your event. Most times, we park in your neighborhood street at the end of your driveway, so you might want to let us know if you have a preferred spot for us prior to our arrival. We may also have to block your driveway. Our truck and trailer combination is very long and we will need a minimum of approximately 65 feet in length (7 parking spaces), 12 ft. in height and 9' ft in width (width of a standard truck). We also need space to turn around, if applicable.

 

Please keep in mind that Token Time Games will not park anywhere that may cause a danger to persons, property, or equipment. This includes but is not limited to: Alleyways, narrow streets, low-lying tree branches and/or overgrown bushes as they can damage the exterior of our truck or trailer. Again, we will need a approximately 65 feet in length (7 parking spaces), 12 ft. in height and 9' ft in width, to safely navigate the trailer and park it. Additionally, Token Time Games will NOT disconnect the truck from the trailer at an event without prior approval and Token Time Games will not park off of a hardened surface. We will try to accommodate your wishes on where to park; however, Token Time Games has the final decision. If Token Time Games is not 100% comfortable knowing that the trailer can be maneuvered to the spot you prefer without causing damage or injury, Token Time Games will not do it.
 

We attempt to assess every parking situation before we arrive via Google Earth, but please let us know if there are any special circumstances.

RIGHT TO REFUSE OR CANCEL SERVICE:

Token Time Games reserves the right to refuse or cancel service. If Token Time Games cancels an experience before arrival, Token Time Games will refund any deposit(s) that it has received for the cancelled service(s) to the customer who paid the deposit(s), subject to the Policies and Terms herein-above, including specifically the REFUND/CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING and BAD WEATHER policies. Token Time Games has the right to stop service and leave at any time, for any reason.
